Hosting a public Uke Night costs nothing for the venue and attracts new, paying customers eager to have a great night out in or around Calgary.

What We Need From You

1 - We ARE making music, so a private or semi-private room with space for 12-30 people is required. We use a Powerpoint on a laptop so AV or a TV with HDMI is helpful, although we can also bring our own projector and screen. We’ll need access to the room an hour before the event begins and for an hour after the event ends.

2 - Appropriate staff to serve our participants. We’re excited to make your venue and its offerings a part of our experience and to promote your food and beverages. You can help by offering specials and having enough wait staff on hand.

3 - Help us promote the event with social media posts and in-venue posters (art/assets supplied by us).
